Props Provided: Canvas, non-toxic paints, brushes—just bring your smiles!
💰 A $80 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
Remaining balance is due on the session day.

🌦️ Weather Policy (For Outdoor Sessions):
If weather conditions are poor, we will either reschedule or move to an indoor location if preferred by client.
You will be notified in advance of any changes.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- 7+ Days' Notice: You can reschedule to another available time slot.
- Less than 7 Days' Notice: Contact me for options— you may receive a voucher for the deposit amount if a replacement can be found.
- Less than 48 Hours' Notice: Deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
👗 Wardrobe & Styling:
A client closet is available for use.
Outfit recommendations will be shared via a Pinterest mood board for inspiration.
📂 Image Selection & Delivery:
You will receive an online gallery where you can choose your 10 images.
Option to purchase additional images at $12 per photo.
Edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks.
📜 Usage & Copyright:
Sessions are for personal use only (not for commercial use).
By booking, you agree that Heartwritten Photography may use selected images for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
